He promises in Isaiah 55:11 that His word will never return empty without accomplishing great things. Praying for your graduate is a powerful way to remember God's Word is true. May we never underestimate the importance of speaking His blessing and truth over the lives of our children, no matter what their ages. But as we entrust those we love straight into the care of our powerful and loving God, we can be assured that He sees, knows, and is there with them, always. It’s a daily process to keep learning to let go, bit by bit, through every stage of parenting. Let us pray for our graduates to know God's love and care for them. And He has great purpose for them in this life. No matter where they go or how old they are, they are in God’s care.

Whether our kids are just now taking their next steps out of kindergarten, or we’re watching them head off to college, life transitions can sometimes be difficult for us as parents.īut here’s a hopeful reminder: our children are His. Though it’s a time of great celebration, the process of letting go might bring some pain or uncertainty too. This season of new beginnings, fresh starts, and graduations can bring a mixed bag of emotions for many of us.
